Joshua began his career in aerospace engineering before moving into the world of consumer data management. He worked for a leading 'adtech' company for years as a solutions architect working with some of the world's largest social platforms and data providers. In doing so, he saw an opportunity for consumers to manage and monetize the data they create online for themselves. 

Khanya heads up mAdSpace.io’s product and marketing efforts. Before co-founding mAdSpace.io, she was the senior product manager for a prominent advertising technology company’s third party data sales and second party data sharing product. She is knowledgeable on how advertisers think about and use consumer data and how third party data providers treat and sell consumer data. While working in ‘adtech’, CCPA and GDPR were both enacted which inspired her to join Joshua in founding mAdSpace.io She imagines a world where consumer data is controlled by an empowered consumer.
